This past June, MIE employees came together from across the country for our annual conference known as Academy. Our time together is in the books, but the connections, ideas, and energy from those few days are still going strong!
This year’s event was extra meaningful as we also celebrated 30 years of MIE, a milestone that reflects decades of innovation, teamwork, and people-first progress. From team-building to deep dives into our products and purpose, this in-person experience brought our people together in the best way.
