Users on RC032025 will now have an option to denote if a scheduled appointment is scheduled to be performed In Person, Telehealth Phone, or Telehealth Video. In Person, Telehealth Phone, and Telehealth Video are added as a second appointment type on the primary scheduled appointment. As databases are upgraded to RC032025, In Person, Telehealth Phone and Telehealth Video will also be automatically added as new appointment type categories.
