Automatically Generate an Incident Case

Two new scheduled jobs have been added to Enterprise Health. These jobs will display as login disabled in all new Enterprise Health systems and may be copied to an existing system. The first scheduled job will automatically generate a case/incident when an injury report has been submitted via the employee portal. The second scheduled job will automatically generate a case number for the incident.

Typically, most clients review incident report documents and then manually make a case if a case is indeed required. However, a few existing clients are automatically generating cases using the scheduled jobs below. If an existing customer wishes to automatically generate the case and case number, then the MIE Deployment Consultant will need to manually configure these scheduled jobs. The Operation/System Reports have been committed back to the March 2022 upgrade version and newer.
