Chart Merge Tool
There is a new feature for the ability to merge cases/incidents that have the same Date of Injury or Onset of Illness. Sometimes clinicians or case managers create duplicate cases/incidents (by accident) on the same chart, or sometimes an employee reports one on the portal and a clinician enters one also and there are 2 (or more) cases/incidents for the same injury/illness for same incident date.
This is a new feature available in upgrade version September 2023 and newer.
