The preferred name will now display in numerous places throughout the system and be searchable. The System Setting “User Preferred Name”, if set to “2”, will display the Preferred Name in place of the legal name. The Preferred Name will display in: emails, Employee Portal, Supervisor Portal, and the user fields. The Demographics section can be updated with the Preferred Name. The Preferred Name is also searchable in E-Chart using the autocompletes.
