The product roadmap is largely driven by customer requests and feedback. We actively listen to our customers and all requests are triaged by our knowledge office and change control board to determine if the change should be implemented into our standard product. The team discusses the impact of the change and determines the priority based on resource allocations.
Other feature requests may be driven by legal and regulatory requirements, market forces, to create a competitive differentiation and advantage, or by creative anticipation (such as integration with new AI tools). The product roadmap is broken up into 3 categories, which include major initiatives, ongoing enhancements, and evergreen improvements. This is a fluid document that is updated on a regular basis, so it is subject to change without notice based on competing priorities.
