Resp Fit Data Import CSV API
The Respirator Fit Test Data CSV API Data import spreadsheet has a new column called Encounter Order ID. This new column is available to tell the system which order id# the Respirator Fit test (order item) used to interact with the Resp Fit data being imported.
This is a new feature available in the September 2022 upgrade version and newer:
- Resp Fit data gets imported and any order with that order id# that is a Pending or In Progress status would be marked Completed matching the date of the imported Respirator Fit Test date.
- Resp Fit data gets imported and if no order with that order id# is in a Pending or In Progress status, then a Completed order would be added with the completion date matching the date of the imported Respirator Fit Test date.
- Using the new enc_order_id column is optional, but if the customer is using it, then the other new external_id column is required to be a unique identifier within the spreadsheet for successful uploading
