Where can I find product documentation for new features - specifically SEGs ?

The SEG Module allows for Industrial Hygienists and site medical coordinators to manage SEG Locations, SEG memberships based on job roles, and HSP requirements. SEGs are set up to implicitly enroll people in Health Surveillance Programs (HSPs), that in turn create test orders and surveys. SEG reporting is currently in development. SEG membership autocomplete logic will default to all active partitions. This feature is available on RC202309 and newer.
