Twilio had previously announced they would discontinue their video service (which we use for telehealth) at the end of 2026. We had been planning on developing another telehealth solution for our 2025 product roadmap. However, Twilio recently announced that they have decided to keep the video service as a standalone product, and they will continue supporting SMS/MMS. This means that no development will be required by our team, and our WebChart, Enterprise Health, and BlueHive products will continue to use Twilio for both telehealth video and SMS/MMS messages. Customers will not see a disruption in service for either telehealth or SMS/MMS messaging.
