WebScan Service Date Field vs Completed Order/Due List Item
There is a new feature for the WebScan Service Date to be the ‘completed date’ when/if linking the document image to complete an order request and/or pending due list item when in the indexing module.
This is a new feature available in the September 2022 upgrade release and newer where the Index Service Date will assume/be the Completed Date when/if a document is indexed to be linked to complete an order request and/or pending due list item.
